Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from using the App.
Sparcd is a mobile application designed to help users achieve personal goals through behavioral psychology, habit formation, and personalized micro-actions. The App analyzes your psychological profile, learning patterns, and behavior signals to provide customized goal-setting assistance, task generation, milestone tracking, and motivational coaching.
To use the App, you must create an account using either email/password authentication or social authentication providers (Google or Apple Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account creation and to keep such information updated.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
By using the App, you acknowledge that:
You consent to the collection, processing, and use of this data for the purposes of providing, improving, and personalizing the App's services.
Any goals, tasks, milestones, personal reflections, or other content you create or upload to the App ("User Content") are your intellectual property. By submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App services.

Our trademarks and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms or our policies. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MaybeCoded regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
