By accessing or using the TrashMapr mobile application ("App") provided by MaybeCoded ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://cleanclik.com/trashmapr/privacy_policy.html, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from using the App.
TrashMapr is a mobile application that allows users to photograph and map locations of litter and trash. The App uses artificial intelligence to classify trash density in uploaded images. Users may view a map of trash reports submitted by the community.
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By uploading photographs or other content to the App ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business operations.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, and remove User Content at our sole discretion and without notice. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or that we find objectionable for any reason. We utilize automated systems and manual review to moderate content.
Users may report objectionable content using the reporting feature within the App. We aim to review and act on reports within 24 hours. Users who repeatedly violate these Terms may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
The App provides mechanisms for users to report objectionable content and block other users. We encourage users to report any content that violates these Terms. Abuse of reporting features may result in account suspension.
The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MaybeCoded. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the App or the servers that make the App available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
The accuracy of AI-generated trash classifications is not guaranteed. Such classifications are provided for informational purposes only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAYBECODED, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaybeCoded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon account deletion, your User Content may be removed from the App, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MaybeCoded regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
